Kate Wilson is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Growth Catalyst Partners. She joined GCP in April 2023 after spending 13 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GCP, Ms. Wilson was CFO and COO of Aspire Capital Partners, LLC (“Aspire”), the manager of Aspire Capital Fund, LLC, a private, long-only investment fund where she led the finance and operations teams and oversaw the investment of over $1 billion. Before joining Aspire in 2013, Ms. Wilson supported a wide range of private equity and hedge fund clients at Omnium LLC, the fund administration arm of Citadel, which was subsequently acquired by Northern Trust to form Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services. She began her career in the audit and assurance practice of EY.
